Y por nuestra parte ya hemos mandado las actualizaciones para cumplir con las peticiones. En pocas palabras, el problema debería de haberse solucionado.

Cita:INCIDENT REPORT SUMMARY: Prices pushed to Booking were stored incorrectly.
TIMEFRAME: 19.DECEMBER 2016 - 13:00-13:35 CET time
Connections affected: Both BXML and OTA are affected
DETAILS: All Rates and availability updates that were pushed to Booking in this time frame accidentally got the incorrect price stored in our system.
Should you have pushed any updates for your properties during the affected time frame we kindly ask you to resend these updates for your properties again. We are working to reset the prices, however it may be quicker to send your own refresh for your affected properties.
